XBD-IRG(ISW) Fire pump have single suction single stage and singe suction multi -stage, to convey clean water and similar water liquid. Main for charging pressure of fire system and drain water in factory and mines.

Flow for liquid :5~80L/s, pressure:02~2.25MPa,drive power:1.5~200kW, calibre:φ50~φ250mm

1.This Pump with small structure, small size and good appearance , it less land area for the reason of vertical structure. The gravity center is on the foot of pump, enable the stability operation and life.

2.Pump discharge and suction in the same line, easy for piping .

3. The discharge direction of pump can be arranged at   0°90°、180°、270 to satisfy different connection for request of multi-stage pump

4.The pressure of pump can changeable with plus and minus of pump and cutting size of impellers, no need to change land.

5.Pump rotor have small rolling, operating smoothly with small vibration low noise,long life.

6.Pump with material of nodular casting, good quality for pump body and pump cover and unbreakable

7.The impellers of pump is with 304SS,to make sure keep working when re-start pump if stop long time

XBD-IRG（ISW）single suction single stage consist of motor and pump,pump and motor in same shaft, pump include pump body, impeller, cover, mechanical seal etc. Pump discharge and
suction in the same line, in same size, easy to install and less land. Pump have install base part, increase stability of operation. Pump with mechanical seal, reliable and no leak.  The balance
of pump is keeping by impeller balance. The out&inlet pressure is 1.6MPa, easy for pipe install.

XBD--IRG（ISW）single multi-stage fire pump consist of motor and pump body, motor is Y Triple-phase asynchronous motor,the pump body and motor is connect by coupling, it’s whole 
connection, no need to correct when in use. Pump is consist of stator and rotor. Stator is consist of inlet part,middle part,diffuser ,outlet part etc.

In order to avoid wear pf stator, the stator have fit with seal ring,balance etc, in order to replacement when need.

rotor is consist of shaft, balance drum etc. The end of rotor is lubricating bearing, the top of bearing is ball bearing, the force of shaft is bear by balance drum, the small force is bear by ball
